Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

1. Returns and Refunds:

 

You may return most items within 5 days of being delivered for a refund or exchange. Return shipment charges will be applicable & and that will deducted from the refund amount.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We will not accept returns or issue refunds for items that are worn, damaged, or altered.

 

2. Replacements:

 

Kindly note we offer exchanges up to 2 times only.

The First time charges are free, in the 2nd exchange request the customer has to bear the shipping charges. The Customer can raise a request for an exchange the third time but new product charges would be added in the total.

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to report a defective or damaged item.

We will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

 

3. Exceptions:

 

Some items may be non-returnable or non-refundable. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

5. Follow the below mentioned steps for easy returns:

  1. You may raise a request for by writing to us at [email protected] .It should be raised within the time specified above schedule.
  2. The customer has to upload the pictures/image of damaged/defective product which they have received. Make sure the damage/defect should be clearly visible in the sent picture or image.
  3. On receipt of the return request we may arrange the pickup for the damaged/defective product if found satisfactory by our Quality Assurance Team.
  4. Kindly note if your pin code does not fall in the COD deliverable area or if we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup in case approved by our Quality Assurance team, you have to arrange the shipping of product back to us. And we will refund the courier charges to you up to Rs 100.
  5. The defective product to be returned should be finely packed with the original packing and tags. We will only process the refund/exchange request only after we receive the product.
  6. The size changes are subject to product conditions & other parameters meeting our return policy.
  7. In case you make a wrong order you have to return the product at your expense. Only after the receipt of the product at our end we will replace the product by your choice up to the same amount and the courier will be sent on to paid basis.
  8. All items purchased at the time of any Sale Event on our website, cannot be refunded/canceled/replaced except for damaged products and delivery of wrong products.
  9. In cases of sizes not being fit, we don't offer refunds but offer exchanges for the same. Just email us the size you need and we will process the size exchange in accordance to our return & Exchange policy.
