We believe in helping our customers as far as possible & have therefore a liberal cancellation policy, under this cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 36 hours of confirmation of orders. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the unauthorized.
No cancellations are entertained for those orders that have been placed during sale/festive events.
In case you feel the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The customer service after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision. In case of a complaint regarding wrongly placed products no refund or exchange will be entertained.
Reverse Pickup Facility
The reverse pickup on a prepaid basis will be done only in cases where JK FOOTWEAR has shipped a wrong/defective product than ordered.
In cases of sizes not being ordered & as displayed in the size chart on the website jkfootwear.co.in, the product has to be sent back on to pay basis to the below-mentioned address :
